Where has MsShell gone?!

I had my first real physical therapy session today for my shoulder - fun times!  And if I ever doubted my dedication, today dispelled that.  I went out running even though the temp was "26, feels like 14 with the wind chill."  BRRR.

I looked up your Frankenshake and I'm curious about the addition of the magnesium citrate.  Why do you add that? And wow I can't believe how little you still eat !! Amazing !

I measure my meals out to be 4 ounces, and that's satisfying for me.  Although I do tend to have a snack in the afternoon these days.  I need to work on figuring out why I do that and if I need to do it.

I started adding magnesium citrate because I had a bit of swelling/edema in my feet and magnesium citrate is a fix for that.  I'm not sure if it's helping, or if it's just everything that's helping, but my feet were actually referred to as "dainty" the other day so something is working!

Honestly?  I amaze me too.  At least every other day I find myself thinking, "who am I?"  It's weird.

This is I love this thread!  I love getting food ideas. I always forget that I can make quiche. It will be so easy for me to slide up and bring to work for lunch!
