Frozen yogurt?

Is it ok to have frozen yogurt?  It is it too much like ice cream??

I think it has too much surger but I always get the regular yogurts in freezer for like 30 minutes and eat them there good like that

It does have sugar and can be a trigger food. It really depends on your personal boundaries.

Well i haven't broken my plan yet and would rather not I'll try the yogurt thing though that sounds yummy.  I'm one of those weird ppl who like frozen stuff when it's freezing outside lol.

Yep. Not worth it. I'll make some sugar free cook and serve chocolate pudding instead.

I like to mix Syntrax Fuzzy Navel protein powder in plain greek yogurt and freeze it in popsicle molds.  Delicious protein-y frozen treat.  

I don't know how frozen yogurt companies pulled the wool over our eyes by convincing us that it was somehow healthy :P  It's not even close!
