One month out summary!

So happy for you. You look great! Keep up the good work. You make it all sound so easy!! I need some of your positiveness. I'm only one week out tomorrow. Not feeling too badly but I want to eat. I'm hungry and I know I'm not suppose to be. Thanks for sharing. I can use every bit of inspiration I can absorb!!! Again, Congratulations!!

Awesome. I see you are a Michigan fan, did you have your surgery through UofM? That is where I had mine done in Sept. Very happy with the program there. 

I heard they have a great program! My nephew is a nurse there. I'm in the metro Detroit area & went thru Royal Oak Beaumont.
