No one posted for yesterday, so feel free to include yesterday's stuff here too!  I'm having friends over for dinner tonight which I'm looking forward to :)  

Yesterday's stats

1: frankenshake
2: tuna pouch, peanut butter pouch
2.1: american cheese slices, popcorners baggie
3: grilled flat iron steaks, grilled butternut squash with fresh ricotta goat cheese, pine nuts, and sage

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 1:09:06 5k training for a total of 3.4 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

Today's stats
1: frankenshake
2: scrambled eggs with cheese
3: eye round roast, horseradish cream sauce, fried brussels sprouts, flourless chocolate cake, ice cream, whatever side dish my company brings

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 60 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min lower back, hips & glutes for back pain, 15 min intermediate stretches for runners, 15 min twist & align for back pain)

Thank you for posting your Friday meals!  I was looking this morning for Friday posts and didn't see any.  (I am still on pureeded, so my meals aren't very interesting yet.)

E fell off track, getting over a bad cold

Sun- pretty much the same as sat, getting over a cold so food is on the simple side, & just starting to feel well enough to do a light exercise routine at the gym. Will eat some chicken soup sans pasta.

The milder weather has made it tolerable to be outside so I've been taking advantage. Headphones, new music and I've been wearing out my tennis shoes! :)
