Great post!  I really enjoyed reading about how you're making things work. In reality, life just keeps on chugging along as new challenges arise. We just have to make the best of them, which is what you're doing. 

And as for the exercise, it's great to do it but if you have to let it go or change it, no worries during this phase of your journey. You can always add it back later when you're closer to or at goal. While good for our general health, exercise is a small contributor to weight loss. All the best to you!
