My goals for the year:

1.  Survive the next 3 semesters of PTA school (graduate in Spring of 2016)

2.  Watch less TV

3.  Log at least 10 miles a week walking

4.  Lose enough weight to jog

5.  Walk/jog a 5k

6.  Lose enough weight to get a new (to me) wardrobe

7.  Hit the gym

8.  I'm sure there's a lot more, but I only have so much room lol

1. Get to goal. I have between 50 (for surgeon's goal weight) and 70 pounds (my personal goal weight) left to lose.

2. Run a 10k (and half marathon is my reach goal for the year).

3. Drink 100oz of water every day - this is the biggest weak link of my plan.

4. Stop grazing.  I'm grazing on things within my plan, but it's grazing nonetheless.

5. Work on strength training.

April:  HW- 323, SW-310, CW-159 (as of 9/25/15), Goal- 140; Pre-op (-13), M1 (-17), M2 (-16), M3 (-14), M4 (-13), M5 (-12), M6 (-8), M7 (-12), M8 (-8), M9 (-8), M10 (-5), M11 (-7), M12 (-5), M13 (-7), M14 (-0), M15 (-1), M16 (-5), M17 (-5)

Yoga classes are great and non-judgmental places!  I started when I weighed around 270 and the only awkwardness I ever felt was self-inflicted.  A few weeks ago I actually had a fellow classmate tell me how strong I look and how easy I make things seem.  Let me say, they are not easy and I don't feel strong so that was an awesome compliment :D

Yoga is awesome - you should go for it!

Thanks Gwen!  I've done yoga dvds at home but I've always been afraid to try a class. But at the same time, I think I need the instruction to make sure I'm doing the poses correctly.  I've always been incredibly uncoordinated and still have nightmares about school gym classes, so I'm trying to work on getting up the courage!  I graduated high school almost  20 years ago so it's probably about time I got over it!  :-) Your work out routine is so inspiring,  I appreciate the encouragement!
