Great for YOU!!! I was about your weight (347) and it does feel great going from 4X to 2X-(273 lbs) not quite at XL  yet, also from a 56 inch waist to a 44/46 and to be able to buy clothes now off the rack in a normal store. I'm still having trouble bending to tie my shoe but that is because of a knee injury at least I'm not out of breath! Yet it is still amazing how our minds still makes us see ourselves as before! How do and did you handle the stalls? I mean, I keep going on exercising and eating properly but sometimes it just feels as if this is it, I will not lose more and it can go on for very long yet today although still the same weight I noticed my suit pants were very big on me so I guess the inches are coming off. Anyway, thanks for the post-VERY encouraging. Hope to be where you are one day!

I really haven't had to deal with stalls. My wife does. I track my weight everyday with happy scale app.  It lets you see more of the big picture.  Where you have been and the trend.  My wife gets frustrated but keeps the mindset that if it takes 2 years to reach goal, it will just take what it takes.  It will come off.  Just stay on plan.  Thanks for your post too.

Amazing job! Congratulations to you! Let me say that your comment about being OK with clothes being dried hit home for me! No more hanging my clothes around rooms to air dry. I'm not afraid of the dryer. And it does feel great.

Great job! It feels great to go from super, to morbidly, to just obese. I went thru the same thing & am on my way to just overweight. Congrats & keep up the good work!
