Day 3 of '5 day pouch test' thing

Breakfast: 100 cal protein shake

Lunch: not even a full cup of red lentil soup with a few tiny pieces of turkey kielbasa and protein powder, and not a full tuna batty

Snack: SF pudding with protein powder 

Dinner: date night, he wants Chinese, I will order edamame and bring a shake, and I am totally content with that!

Breakfast - chicken with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes

Lunch - chicken salad

Lunch2 - more chicken salad

Dinner - hamburgers and veggie

snack - cashews

Vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike
