Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Monday

Happy Monday!  Today was a movie day for me since my partner had the day off work.  We saw Whiplash (the last of the best picture nominations we still needed to see) and Inherent Vice.  And he and I shared a small popcorn.  Yum.  

I finally have my laptop back so it's time for me to plan meals for the rest of the week!  

1: frankenshake
2: yogurt
2.1: popcorn, almond butter
3: lamb gyro, omg yum

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 75 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 60 min beginner combination)

Pureed food stage... finally!

B: Hot chocolate Premier protein shake with sugar-free salted caramel syrup

L: Ricotta bake (followed Egg Face's recipe but pureed some turkey italian sausage in to the marinara. It was amazing!!)

S: Sugar-free strawberry jello

D: Spicy refried beans with a dab of sour cream and a splash of salsa (too heavy, won't be doing that again for awhile...)

W: Getting there

Great list, thanks for the post.

After making them, I assume you blended them in order to get that pureed texture? Just wanted to make sure because I plan on making some of these this week.

Yup!  I pureed them all with a stick blender or the mini processor of my ninja prep thing.

I am on Day 3 of Pre-Op Liquid Diet. A Premier Protein Shake and half-cup of NF Cottage Cheese for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Boring, but I am not hungry! Yayy! :-)
