Topic: 12Yrs Post Op with jumping feeling in center of chest.

I have been having this jumping feeling in center of chest for a long time but can't seem to figure out the cause. It seems worse when I have gas which is all the time. Does anyone else experience this. It almost feels like my heart but I think it may be abd related. I also having a sliding hiatal hernia.

Topic: 10+ Years Post VSG - Regurgitation of Food, Anyone experience this?

Hello!

I had my VSG in 2012 and lost all of my excess weight and kept it off for 5 years. it slowly crept back up due to restrictions on exercise from osteoarthritis as well as bad eating habits most notably being lazy and overeating/drinking during Covid lockdowns (have about 40lbs to lose). I am now having issues with food coming back up, not acid, not heartburn but the actual food.

I have read about rumination syndrome and I recently had an endoscopy which identified a really minor hiatal hernia so I believe that may be the culprit for this issue.

Anyone else experience this many years post VSG? If so, were you able to manage or improve this?

Thank you!

Challenges and opportunities really go hand in hand and you need to do some strategic research and exploration to get there. Follow along and explore with so many new valuable Sprunki Game resources. It is great to find what you have to share.

I totally understand the weight fluctuations after sleeve surgery. I've heard from many folks that the 'sugar monster' can creep back in pretty sneakily. As for your revision questions, yes, re-sleeving is actually possible, though it's not as common as other revision surgeries.

It should start getting better soon focus on staying hydrated and sip fluids at a temperature that feels right for you. Skip heavy foods for now and follow your medical team's advice first, how to calculate fahrenheit to celsius.

I think if it's only expired for 2 months and stored properly, it should be fine.

How are you doing now?Fish is definitely a smart choice -- it's naturally loaded with nutrients that are hard to get elsewhere. Still, even with a healthy diet, some supplements are necessary to cover all the bases. That's why I regularly check in with Canadian Pharmacy Partner for high-quality vitamins. Combining clean eating with proper supplementation keeps me feeling my best.

Topic: RE: Almost 15 years since I got my sleeve

I was sleeved in 2010 as well. I gained a lot of my weight back as well. About the same weight, 211 lbs. However, my sleeve still works. When I eat "real" food, I'm restricted, the slider foods I can eat all day. However, a good way to reset your sleeve is fasting. That is the only thing that works with bringing restriction back with all foods, especially a 24-36 hour fast.

Topic: RE: E-cigs?

Yeah, it's wild how fast things have changed - now it's not just e-cigs, but also vapes, JUULs, IQOS... the whole nicotine tech world exploded. Feels like there's always a "new, safer" option popping up.

That said, most surgeons still group all of them under the same no-go zone after surgery, especially during healing. Nicotine (in any form) can mess with recovery. I totally get the stress though - you're doing amazing staying off cigarettes this long, seriously.

If you're looking into options like heets iqos, I've seen sites like AmericaStick that offer info and alternatives - but still, maybe best to check with your doctor first before trying anything, even if it feels "less harmful."
