Hi I had vsg in 2023

I have a moderate stenosis some reflux and fullness

My question is can I avoid bypass i live off of really low income to the point im struggling now and adding a malabsorptive procedure would make things bad for me .im losing hope and im afraid. Is there any thing else that can be done for me .im scared and am in need of advice anyone have a stenosis and didnt go for bypass ? My life is in jeopardy I feel im struggling ? please if you have any thoughts or know of anything please reach out .
