Not only do I have to exercise, I have to really exercise, no strolling through the mall and calling it cardio. I must exercise  vigorously and regularly. Every time I slack off on the exercise I gain 10-15# and it just breaks my heart to think that I have to lose that weight yet again.

1.  First name or name you go by on the boards Ruth Ann 2.  Surgery type Laproscopic RNY 3.  Surgery date March 24, 2006 4.  How far post-op  A little over 13 months out 5.  Highest weight 345 lbs at first consultation with wls surgeon 6.  Day of sugery weight Around 325 7.  Goal weight Had set 170 for myself, but almost there (big woohoo!). I do want to lose more. I'm shooting for 160 after that. :)  8.  Current weight Teetering between 179 and 180 the past few days. Up and down. That's how it goes lately. LOL  9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight 179 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op Feeling like I'm on a diet ALL THE TIME!! Not driving me too crazy yet, but it's like every day is just about making choices. I know I have to make them, but its frustrating at times.  Sometimes you just want to eat something, then you hear the voices in your head telling you that if you want to lose more, or maintain then you can't eat this or that.  The always thinking and planning what to eat some days feels like a chore. Then on others days no problem. Guess that's normal. :)
