Want to thank everyone for continuing to encourage me on my quest to keep it to complex carbs and no real sugar...This is one of the things I love
about OH, y'all are the best, you tell it like it is and are a wonderful support structure too...THANK YOU for being there for me...
B - 10 oz chocolate/banana/coffee protein frappachino
S - 4 oz lf cottage cheese
snak size sf jello
L - 3 oz baked lemon/butter chicken
1/2 cup caesar salad
S - 1/4 a piece of dehydrated pineapple
D - 1 country sausage link about 4" x1"
1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms/peppers/onions
S - 1 medium banana with 2 tbsp peanut butter and added fiber
PLUS - 60 oz water/crystal light
TOTALS = Cals - 1064 Fat - 51 Carbs - 87 Protein - 74
Here I've been telling several people on the board that they need to eat more to keep there bodies from going into starvation and yesterday did not look so good, as far as amounts go
, was too busy at work trying to clear my desk and did not pay good attention to eating or drinking - got to get back on track today, know my liquids will be much better, always are in the car, now just to get in a little more food

i love posting with you.. u are always so encouraging. even when i do not so good, u always have the right words to help me do better... you are doing everyone a great service and I really appreciate you.. ty. aso your doing great, dont beat urself up, youl do better today.. on that note heres my non stop eating day...I dont know if its all the stomach meds they put me on or what, but i cant quit eating for some reason.
B- 1 protien shake 48 grams pro made with skim milk and a latte sf fv nf S-banana small L- low carb pizza ( threw it up) never settled right S-low carb protien bar 20 gr pro S- 2 cups popcorn D-half of a 6 inch low carb tortilla, 1/4 cup of turkey meat w/ taco seasoning and cheddar melted on top, and a tbls sour cream S-10 saltine carackers and 1 inch cheddar cheese S-one cup sf chocolate pudding w/ protien powder added i feel like mrs pac man eating eating eating lol im gonna try harder today..
