ouch, this day is crazing, barely got time to check in with you guys...Here's my food for yesterday...My ship really hit some serious waves and I got a little off course, need to go back to captains school for a day or two of retraining
B - 20 1/2 caf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte
S - 2 sf caramel medallions
L - 2 small slices white pizza with mushrooms and diced tomatoes
S - 1 o mixed nuts
D - 2 protein balls
7 french fries
1 sugar cookie
S - strawberry short cake with redi whip
PLUS - 83 oz water/crystal light
TOTALS = Cals - 1390 Fat - 69 Carbs - 149 Protein - 59
Too many cals in relation to what I actually ate choice wise, way to many carbs and protein was really sucky
...Must have been set on sabatoging myself cause this report is rough, really rough...

I just got a free sample box of kashi cereal, I'm going to try it as a topper on my salads, I can't eat any cereal with milk it makes me
big time for some reason, still even at this far out, don't know what the deal is 'cause sometimes I really crave the taste of cereal with milk, but have resigned myself to having it dry
...
I go an order with some of those Oh Yeah protein bars too, I chose the peanut butter and dark chocolate ones (of course, 'cause we all know I HAVE TO HAVE my p/b fix
)...Not too bad, different from the power crunch bars which are about my fav...

...Anyway, accounting for my day works pretty well at keeping me in line, plus I really enjoy seeing what others eat for affirmation of my choices and to get ideas of things I might try and of course to offer support and get support when needed...
