Hey Anita, I think you had a great day - well balanced and good choices + exercise...Its all good, so keep it up...As for measuring pasta, servings should be measured dry (before cooking) - they make this tool, you can buy it at target, walmart, I got mine a the $ Store, it is actually used just to measure servings of dry spaghetti/linguine/ fetticini type noodles, it has different size holes and you fill the whole size around the dry noodles and that is the serving amount , holes indicate 1 serving, 2 servings, 3 servings and 4 servings usually - for shaped pasta I just use a scale to measure ounces...  Alesia

Hey Erin  Take a bow, you are doing VERY FINE indeed, sometimes I think I spend a little too much time writing down the things I eat, but in the end writing it down is what helps keep me in check, so it is definately worth my time and I will keep doing it... I like tofu too although I have only had it prepared a couple of different ways it has a nice texture and absorbs surrounding flavors really well, have you tried tofu noodles, I use them to make a cold seseme chicken noodles salad that is to die for... Keep up the great job...  Alesia

Alright Carla You did have a great day, keep pumping in those vits, glad to hear you are keeping ahead of being sick... Know what you mean about needing to get a break for the kids, mine are now out for the summer and my oldest doesn't start wor****il next Monday - As sibs do, its a love/hate relationship so I have to keep telling them to seperate to their own spaces for a little down time, still they do pretty good together most of the time, so its all good... Enjoy the gym, I know you will, don't go crazy trying to make up for missing a few days, OK...Alesia
