Alesia I did a hard work out yesterday and my arms hurt a little! I have been measuring everything I have put in my mouth and have wrote everything down. It's kind of a pain, but it must be done. I feel good about it.
Breakfast:
egg beaters, 0.4 oz

Snack:
light cherry pie filling, 1 serving
1% whipped cottage cheese, 0.5 cup

Take a bow, you are doing VERY FINE indeed, sometimes I think I spend a little too much time writing down the things I eat, but in the end writing it down is what helps keep me in check, so it is definately worth my time and I will keep doing it...
I like tofu too although I have only had it prepared a couple of different ways it has a nice texture and absorbs surrounding flavors really well, have you tried tofu noodles, I use them to make a cold seseme chicken noodles salad that is to die for...

drank a ton.. not even sure how much but at least 100 oz.

Know what you mean about needing to get a break for the kids, mine are now out for the summer and my oldest doesn't start wor****il next Monday - As sibs do, its a love/hate relationship so I have to keep telling them to seperate to their own spaces for a little down time, still they do pretty good together most of the time, so its all good...
Enjoy the gym, I know you will, don't go crazy trying to make up for missing a few days, OK...Alesia
