Accountability - What did you eat, Saturday, 6/16?

Good Morning!!! Sunday has dawn, brite and beautiful, looks like it is going to be a really nice day...I'm looking forward to doing a few things with DH & the boys then grilling out for dinner... Saturday I did good at sticking to my eating schedule, no extra snacking slid into the menu, but did go a little overboard on calorie totals...Spend a little time thinking about what I need to do with my daily menus and calorie/protein intake, coming up on 5 days out from surgery, weight is the same every day since I had it done, know that lack of movement and exercise has been working against me when it comes to dropping those pesky surgery lbs, so have devised my plan to get back into my acceptable zone and will begin inplementing it today... Now as for Saturday : pre B - 2 ritz B - chocolate/banana/coffee protein frappachino        2 ritz S - sf/ff chocolate mocciato pudding L - 1 slice meatlovers pizza S - 16 oz decaf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte        a chocolate biscotte D - 1/4 of a texas flatiron steak sandwich        1/4 cup baked beans        2 chicken wingettes        1 curly fry PLUS  -     102.5 oz water/crystal light TOTALS  =    Cals - 1602      Fat - 67     Carbs - 160     Protein - 95 Hope everyone has a good day, new plan of action in place as of now, will report in tomorrow with my results... Yes my calorie**** the high side yesterday as well although I had rough guesses of the food and it could be lower. at least thats what I am telling myself.. haha..

B- protein shake

S- banana and pb

L- chicken enchiladas-- yummy.. guessed how much I had plus i didnt eat the shells.

S- protein bar

D- toppings off of one medium size everything on it pizza I made and I used chicken, lean ham, etc... again guessed at what it was..

S- ice cream with some protein.. figured I was a little low..

Calories...1,368 carbs.....86 fat..... 64 protein.... 125

drank about 84oz of fluid as well.. so did good there..

Hi, Alesia!  Don't panic yet - my nut told me after my hernia surgery in Jan. that the surgery weight can be there for as long as a month!!  Just keep making good choices and it'll fall into place.  You don't wanna do too much too soon! B - AchievONE, 1 pack pb on wheat crackers S - 1 multigrain waffle w/Smart Balance and sf syrup, banana, 3/4 oz provolone cheese L - 1/2 Chick-fil-A sandwich on wheat bun, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 1 sf Werthers, 1 sf Dove chocolate S - 3 oz salad w/2 T lf TI dressing, rest of eggplant parmesan from Olive Garden, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie D - 1 oz peach chips, 1 c grapes, AchievONE S - 1 oz multigrain nacho chips w/1 oz lf shredded cheese and salsa Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 24 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff RW and I treaded for 60 minutes.  I haven't had time yet to enter on FitDay to get my daily totals.

Hi Alesia!  I can't believe the weekend is over!!! 2 c. coffee with 1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk B-1 sliced reduced calorie toast, 1 southwest eggbeater, 1 morningstar farms sausage patty S-Isopure chocolate protein powder mixed with water and ice L- 1 cup homemade chili with beans, lean hamburger, and soy crumbles, 1/2 c. strawberries, 1 sugar free popsicle S-1 scoop Nectar twisted cherry, 5 Rosemary and Olive Oil Triscuits, 1 slice 2% cheese D-3 oz. pork tenderloin, 1/2 cup squash steamed S-sugar free pudding cup, sugar free popsicle Totals:   calories:  1101    Fat:  25     Carbs:   112      Protein:   118
