Accountability - What did you eat, Monday 6/18?




It's made by Nature's Own. It's called Double Fiber wheat bread - 50 calories and 11 carbs per slice and is yummy!!!! I just have it listed as reduced calorie bread on my tracker in fitday since the other wheat bread I used to eat or sometimes still eat when I don't have this is 100 or 110 per slice. Thanks for the great support you give to everyone on here!!!

Man Anita Girl ,are you feeling like a camel storing up for the draught (LOL) that is great on the plain water, I should drink sooo much...Plus you will also get the added benefit of it helping keep you regular ( if you know what I mean - LOL)...
You did good with your food, I know these numbers are going to keep working in your favor and the scale is going to keep moving downward ...
As for how much the girls weigh, went for 330 cc's each, I think thats about 1 1/2 - 2 lbs total in added weight...Like I said, I know mentally the rest is because of surgery, I will all be fine in a month or 2, in the mean time though will still be careful of what I am eating, just so I can feel like I'm working the best I can at my program...I am THE CAPTAIN, I just need to remember adding passengers can affect the ship capacity

So now lets talk about my other addiction.. ice cream.. I only eat sf ice cream and what I have discovered is it helps me go potty.. I know tmi. If I eat to much I get a terrible tummy ache and gas that could kill a small country.. so I know i have to be careful with it.. lol... but I do love the stuff probably more than I should. I know real sugar would kill me and I am not so great with acohol sugars either.. so that is my ice cream story..lol

did good drinking as well.. good dayl... over all... Man I need to figure out some things to exhange for all these protein items although I enjoy them.. seems kind of boring to eat the same things ever day.. but at least the cals and protein are up.. thats a good thing..
