...The scale was down another lb today, slowly but surely the surgery weight is dropping to the wayside
...I'm on the road for work today - this translates into plenty of water, I always do well drinking while driving ( that didn't sound right, but you know what I mean
)
B - 10 oz white chocolate/strawberry Protein on the Go
S - cinnamon bun Power Crunch
6 roasted almonds
L - 20 decaf sf/ff fv & caramel latte
1/2 a biscotti
S - 1 sf peppermint pattie
1 sf peanut butter cup
D - 3 oz grilled cheese burger ( nothing like burgers on the grill for the best taste
)
1/3 cup of green bean cassarole
3 french fries
S - 1 cup watermelon
S - 3 sf peanutbutter wafer cookies ( had before bed with my pain meds instead of the ritz)
PLUS - 85 oz water/crystal light
TOTALS = Cals - 1234 Fat - 54 Carbs - 96 Protein - 92

Alesia Wow.. i had a tough day yesterday.. i guess it could of been worse... i was in a fruit mood... so when I get crazy like that I like to cook.. so I went home last night and made ambrosia and strawberry triffle for desserts for the week.. than I made a sf chocolate brownie I put sf ice cream on top of it, swirled sf chocolate syrup on it and covered it with whip cream... yummy.. that is for dessert on Sunday when grandma comes over (shes diabetic).. at least I didnt eat any of what I made.. but it makes the time pass and I love to cook.
so here it goes...

...Didn't know Weigh****chers had a sweet and salty bar, is it low in "real" sugar? If yes, were to you get it?
Hey girl, it doesn't look like you ate way of the chart yesterday but your total cals seems higher than usual, did you put it down right? Either way, your food choices look great and you do consistantly well with getting in your exercise which in the end is the key, right - cals in/cals out...
Keep up the good work, you make great choices, I'm proud of how well you've been working out the fruit cravings
