Feeling pretty good this morning, full of vim & vigor, even though the sunshine is a little spotty here today with a healthy chance of thunderstorms pretty much all week, but I'm not letting the weather affect my mood...
Sunday was great food day for me, especially considering it was a weekend, stayed on track well and was satisfied with everything I ate...Hope you all had a great day also and of course a good weekend
B - 1 1/2 scrambled eggs
1/4 of a toasted english muffin
1 sausage link
S - power crunch peanut butter creme bar with a squirt of reddiwhip on top
L - 16 oz decaf sf/ff hazelnut and caramel latte
1/2 a biscotti
S - 1 oz honey roasted cashews
D - 4 oz honey teriaki glazed pork tenderlion on the grill
1/4 cup mashed potatoes w/ a dab of gravy
1/2 cup peas-n-carrots
S - mocha egg custard
1 orange creme hersheys kiss
PLUS - 69 oz water/crystal light and 10 oz hot tea with lemon and honey
TOTALS =
Cals -1194 Fat - 53 Carbs - 98 Protein - 82

totals... cal... 1142, Carbs... 54, fat...34, protein ...105.
Kind of a low day but i didnt move to much either so it worked out.
I drank like crazy yesterday. I actually drank a gallon of crystal light.. at least it gave me a reason to get up to go to the bathroom.. hey maybe that was my exercise for the day...lol
...You did good girl, protein was great when you even it out against the other stuff, I think you did really great! Know what you mean about just sitting around, really is harder to do that now, just have more excess energy to burn and its harder to be a vegetable, got to be working something even if its cross-stitching while watching tv or working on the scrapbook...Haven't sat down and gotten really engrossed in a book for the whole day in ages, kinda miss that...
Anyway, its all good, I take the changes in stride...Have a good night...

) I was at a girlfriends house on July 4th and they had a baby shower the day before, of course there was left over cake, and yes, I have to admit, it was REALLY tasty, ate more than 1 forkful but not enough to go into sugar dumping...Besides liquids you did great, I know you're trying to get back on track, this is a good way to jumpstart your program...

I'm coming out of "lurking" to post here ... thanks to Carla for inviting me to join in!
Yesterday we went to the beach and I didn't count calories. I didn't write down what I eat either but here is what I ate, if I remember correctly!
B--1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, 1/2 banana with a smear of peanut butter on it
L--just the patty from a cheeseburger and a couple bites of bun (ok, I had a HARD time finding something to eat off the menu so this was about as good as I could get!)
S--a child-size icecream cone
D--1 slice super thin crust pizza, a handful of grapes
S--a pepperoni stick
Normally I exercise like a fiend but yesterday was my day off. I did a bunch of walking on the beach though and got a nice red sun-burn! It was a great weekend but I'm glad to be back home and to a normal routine. I'm back to planning my menu for the day and back to the gym. It feels good!
