1/4 of a sf lemon blueberry bar
2 oreo ( how moley, I had not clue how many cals where in these when I decided to pick one
up and eat it, let alone 2 )
S - 3 m & m's
1/2 oz cheddar
2 slices pepperoni
L - 1 1/2 slices thin crust pepperoni pizza
S - oatmeal & pb bar
1 butter toffee
1 sf caramel
D - 1/4 cup salad w/ 1 tsp honey mustard
2 chicken hot wingettes
1 1/2 oz mushroom bacon swiss burger no bun
5 french fries
S - 2 mini sf choc cupcakes
1 snakright nsa yogurt oatmeal creme cookie ( gotta remember the label did say "not a low
calorie food"
PLUS - 86 oz water/crystal light

= Cals - 1747 Fat - 80 Carbs - 177 Protein - 82
Cals and Carbs really sucked ( pardon my french ) and I really did not even get good payoff in protein in exchange
...Alesia Saw my pcp today.. she is happy the doc figured out my leg problems and cleared me to do the gym except for leg presses.. so I am happy with that.. cant wait to get sweating again.. but for today.. it was a lazy day for me..

didnt drink enough either.. that sleeping thing really gets in the way of my plans... lol.. but I love my fridays off to myself.. I am usually totally busy but today I actually had some me time.. to bad I wasnt awake to remember it..lol
That is great that the docs have figured out what is going on with the numbness, now that you can get that taken care of I know you will be back to the gym going gangbusters so start practicing now on keeping up the daily cal and carb counts up( need to be @ 75-100 when you are doing serious exercise )...
I know you are more conscious of not enough water yesterday and are already making up for it today, and that is important cuz otherwise if you're like me a couple days of low water and you will be stopped up and have to have help to poop (tmi)...

B-- 1 scrambled egg with cheese, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, 6 strawberries L-- chicken breast, 1 small slice banana bread, 1 protein ball S-- protein shake D-- went to a BBQ and luckily they had chicken ... so I ate chicken and a bite of corn on the cob (yuck, that does NOT sit well for me!) S-- icecream and a brownie (which quickly put me in a sleep state so I went to bed!)
