drank 100 oz today.. legs are feeling better too.. need to keep my fluids up.

Never posted accountability...I did the first 2 wks of South Beach Diet and just added protein shakes for my benefit as my form of detox, was able to lose 5 of the 15 gained, and for the last week have just been tracking my meals on fitday.com, so here goes..... B- Coffee w/ FF 1/2&1/2, sweet-n-low, 2oz. baby carrots, 1 slice light bologna, 4oz Light n' fit Stwbrry/Bna yogurt S- Part-skim Mozz. stringcheese/ 100cal. SBD PB Snack Bar L-Tuna mixed w/Light Miracle whip, 1 1/2C Lettuce, MM Light Lemonade S-Small apple D-1/3 Turkey Panini, 5 Baked Lays, Diet Pepsi S-100cal. SBD PB Snack Bar Totals: 80 0z Water, All vit./calcium supplements, 1097 cals, 40 fat, 90 Crbs, 74 Ptn I am working so hard on the cals staying at 1000 or lower but its hard!!!! I cant seem to up my protein w/o upping cals....
