Accountability - What did you eat, Thursday 8/9?
I did not get on to post accounting yesterday...I have to say my life is seriously swamped these days - hardly can see my desktop at work, trying to help both all my boys with life issues ( yes than includes the DH, think he is having a mini mid-life crisis)...
Anyway, I want to ask a favor...I am just not going to be able to keep up with posting and giving support replies on the accountability post for a the next little while...I know accounting is still really important to me and I WILL make time to track my food in Fitday, but I'm going to take a step back from this post...Does someone else want to take up the slack? I will check in when I can, post replies when I can, and post my own food choices when I can...
Thursday's Food:

1/4 serving of small McDonalds Fries
1 sf chocolate ( just before bed)
PLUS - 102 oz water/crystal light and 10 oz hot tea
