Hey, one bite of a breadstick will NOT hurt anything. It's when we eat the whole basket of bread plus all the noodles AND the chicken and..... You get my point. Do NOT say Bad Gina. Say Good Gina, you just ate one bite and that is all. Good for you!!!! I'm proud of you too!!

thank you, i really didn't care for it. it was there, but i knew that it was something that i really didn't want to eat. i tasted it and that's all i needed. YAY!

piggy, i've done right so far.... i had 2 protein shakes already and 16 ozs of def coffee and so far i have 86 ozs of plain water in. hubby and i and the grandkids walked to the playground. later i will be going to the gym... also had chicken broth for lunch.. anita

hi piggy, i have always tried to drink at leat 100 ozs of water. so lately i do 120 ozs. of water.  last few days i didnt get my water in since i was bad.. but i do write down each time i have a bottle of water. my bottles i use are 26 ozs. plus at night at 8 pm i have to have my hot def tea. i have to have 2 cups. i guess i am weird.... lol... i will beat this problem ..... thanks for your support.. anita

Having two cups of tea at night is NOT bad. Sounds like a good thing to me. You are NOT weird either!!!  You are a perfectly normal human being who MAY have an obsession or two!! LOL

well almost every night i have tea.. yes i'm weird. i have to have splenda and milk in my tea... now i'm having some sf jello as a snack.. soon i will go to the hospitals gym and work out........

Well weird or not, sounds like you are doing GREAT. I think that "sugar" and cream in tea  is an "English" thing isn't it?  Do you have English roots?
