Accountability.. what did you eat Tuesday
Running behind today. Spent all day yesterday trying to render this silly training DVD I am making for work. Note to self. Never start with a hugh project when you are first learning a new program. This is taking forever. I never want to see another training video again.
So how was your day.. here was mine
B- protein drink
S- Protein bar
L- left over steak, squash and potato from dinner
S- protein balls 2
D- salad with chicken
S- ice cream
total calories.....1,188, carbs...69, fat.... 46, protein... 125
I was floating yesterday I drank so much.. I even lost track after a while...

i was so tired yesterday i don't think that i madce the correct choices, but i gave into a tempation (bad gina)
b: safeway brand protein drink 170 calories 12 carbs (4 fiber and 6 sugar alcohols) 2 net carbs and 20 grams protein
l: 1/2 turkey and swiss cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes
s: the other 1/2 of my turkey and swiss sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes
d: shared a nugget meal from wendy's with another wls friend at school
s: i gave into my temptations and had a piece of twix
s: grilled honey mustard snack wrap from mcdonalds

I have been so busy getting ready for this church yard sale, Im meeting myself comin and goin,,,think I may have gona a bit over yesterday. Let me know what you think,,,

S 20 green olives (I love em,,got carried away!)
L-1 c cottage cheese w small tomatoe

D 1 c chicken tortilla soup and 1 c tortilla chips (i know,,bad!)
S-protein shake w 1 c ff milk
Calories 1213 Fat 45g Carb 136g (ouch!) Protein 102 g
But I was VERY active..lifting boxes, walking abck and forth, sorting and moving stuff. My clothes are loose,,but the scale only moved six ounces. Oh well,,,,I didnt get all my water in,,working on that today!
