Accountability.. what did you eat Tuesday

Running behind today. Spent all day yesterday trying to render this silly training DVD I am making for work. Note to self. Never start with a hugh project when you are first learning a new program. This is taking forever. I never want to see another training video again.

So how was your day.. here was mine

B- protein drink

S- Protein bar

L- left over steak, squash and potato from dinner

S- protein balls 2

D- salad with chicken

S- ice cream

total calories.....1,188, carbs...69, fat.... 46, protein... 125


I was floating yesterday I drank so much.. I even lost track after a while...

Good day for me over all... see you tomorrow

i was so tired yesterday i don't think that i madce the correct choices, but i gave into a tempation (bad gina) b: safeway brand protein drink 170 calories 12 carbs (4 fiber and 6 sugar alcohols) 2 net carbs and 20 grams protein l: 1/2 turkey and swiss cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes s: the other 1/2 of my turkey and swiss sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes d: shared a nugget meal from wendy's with another wls friend at school s: i gave into my temptations and had a piece of twix  s: grilled honey mustard snack wrap from mcdonalds

Sounds good. were the nuggets fried or grilled.. not sure about those.. I have never been a nugget eater myself.

Not sure about the calories and protein but the choices sounded good.

they were fried, i know i wish they made them grilled, but i don't eat the that often. i only ate 4 and a few fries. so i think i did ok. but the calories add up with the fried stuff. i don't have a gallbladder to help with the oils either, so i get a pretty bad tummy ache if i eat too much oils

B- specialk with red berries ( 1 serving )  110 0 25 3 skim milk ( 0.5 serving )  40 0 6 4  L- smart ones roast beef with vegs ( 1 serving )  190 8 11 19  D- Split pea and ham soup ( 1 cup )  195 4 28 12  1 slice marble rye bread S- atkins double cho. crunch bar with caramel ( 1 serving )  150 7 19 11  S- body fortress chocolate ( 1 serving )  110 2 2 23 skim milk ( 1 serving )  80 1 11 8  Total  875 21 102 80  120 oz. plain water 16 oz. def coffee 16 oz. def. hot tea exercise : went to hospital gym -- 20 minutes on bike, 33 minutes on ellipcal , 8 different weight machines

wow low on the calories today. u usually eat more right. with all that exercise I dont want to see you put yourself in starvation mode.

Take care of yourself and keep up that grea****er intake. yeah..

i will try to eat more... i am so afraid of having too many calories... and carbs,...... i did exercise today again.. i dont want to go into starvation mode either... anita

I have been so busy getting ready for this church yard sale, Im meeting myself comin and goin,,,think I may have gona  a bit over yesterday. Let me know what you think,,, B-1 c raisin bran cereal w 1/2 c ff milk S 20 green olives (I love em,,got carried away!) L-1 c cottage cheese w small tomatoe S2 T Peanut Butter and 1/2 c yogurt D 1 c chicken tortilla soup and 1 c tortilla chips (i know,,bad!) S-protein shake w 1 c ff milk Calories 1213  Fat 45g Carb 136g (ouch!) Protein 102 g But I was VERY active..lifting boxes, walking abck and forth, sorting and moving stuff. My clothes are loose,,but the scale only moved six ounces. Oh well,,,,I didnt get all my water in,,working on that today! Gotta run!! Blessings Betsy

Not getting the water in could make the difference and those olives probably had a lot of sodium in them.. you had a great day though...and the calories are bout where I try and hit each day. good job... see ya tomorrow.
