gurd returned

Has anyone else had gurd return?? i am 4 your post-op and after a sinus infection and coughing my head off for 3 weeks i have gurd back.. my  regular doc had me do a upper GI and baream swallow, they showed no leaks and i was positive for gurd.. thanks for any info. hugs Mary

yes, last year I had 2 rounds of carafate for possible ulcer, but now I take 2 zantac/day, one each am and pm.  Have to be careful what I eat after dinner -- sensitive to dairy and flour products (pretzels, crackers, etc.)  Actually better to be away from them.  Don't know why, and now I just take the zantac because I'm afraid to stop.
