I would say thats about right.. i exercise a lot too. I usually try and keep mine around 60 but no higher than 100. You are better at getting your cals from food than I am so I think you fall right were you need to be. I was told by my trainer to eat protein right after or before I work out.. it helps increase you metabolism and gives you a boost before the work out if you find you are getting tired during the workout.. i usually work out around 1000 in the morning so I have a protein bar about hour before. keep up the good work..

I almost missed that donut.. NOT... well... you did good on many of your choices. I am not sure about wine as I dont drink as to how many calories would be in that. I love breakfast burritos even though I refuse to eat them now.. affraid of the torilla..

ohhh.. kung Pao chicken... yummy...

not sure if you are maintaining or trying to loose so not sure where u should be on the old calorie ship. love the protein... good job on that and on working out today.

keep on sailing the ship my friend...

1 cup of peanut butter.. i use crunchy low fat.

1 cup of protein powder.. Chocolate is best.. i use isopure rich chocolate

1 cup of not instant oatmeal

5 spoons of splenda

warm peanut butter for 45 secs to 1 minute.

mix it all together.. you may want to put a little water in it to make it mix together better.

makes 24 walnut sized balls.. refridgerate after making.

cals 110
protein 11

may vary depending on protein u use.

enjoy

Sounds yummy!  I'm going to give them a try.  One question, though.  The calorie and protein count is for how many balls?
