Accountability... what did you eat Friday

Ok.. so yesterday I was driving to meet a friend and this little kitten was running in the street so I tried to catch it so it wouldnt get hit. it ran under my car and when I got to the other side I couldnt find it.. so I went on my way. drove around on the freeway, streets, stop ate.. came back home.. went to the store.. well this morning my SO comes running in and says a kitten has jumped in her motor.. it was the same kitten.. now I was a few miles from home. This kitten jumped up inside my car and went for a ride with me all over town and than got out of my car in the middle of the night. than when Jo got up to potty the dogs it got scared and ran into her car.

So it took us an hour to finally get the cat out of the car.. she was not coming out... and it was so thin and scared. so (yes the softies we are) take it to the vet.. get it checked out and its little paw is hurt... probably from hanging on for dear life to my car during her hair raising ride. So now.. i have another cat... 8 week old grey tabby. You figure it went through a lot to be with us so it must be an omen to keep her and take care of her.. she is really sweet and cuddles of course after she hisses when you walk up to her..lol

So now what to name her.. any ideas.. we thought of Chevy cause we have a suburan and chevy big truck.. than hitcher but its a girl.. anyone have any ideas for a name for this cute little thing.

So back to what we are doing.. how was your day. Did you sail that ship straight and smoothly.. I had an ok day. For some reason I was hungry this morning but it settled down at lunch and I did ok the rest of the day. spent the day at the vet so didnt have the normal meal plan thing going on.

So here was my day...

I havent been here in several days,,had a meltdown of sorts, and wasnt making the best food choices. Thanks to a lot of support from all the posters on OH, I am back on track as of yesterday. So, heres what I had,,,not the best, but lots better.... Not the melt down... good job.. no cookies, ice cream bread... that will be a great start.. now take all my ice cream away it will be all good. great numbers today.. get that protein up a bit and you will be rocking.

The first thing I have to day is protein.. it is way low.. you need to get it up to no less than 80 and really I like to see it at 100 or above.. Protein takes longer to get through your system so you fill full longer. Every thing you ate was a "soft" protein.. meaning somehting that goes through pretty quick. If you eat 3 oz of chicken you get 25 grams of protein and it will take your tummy a while to digest it and you wont feel as hungry. I always try to eat a heavy protein at night so I dont have all those hunger pangs going on.. give it a try.. that pot pie was out of your system in ahour.. I am sure you where hungry after that.. if you would have had a piece of chicken look at the difference would have been.

OMG... I am still trying to figure out how you got your carbs that high...lol.. hmmm... well now that is crazy isn't it.. I so love hot dogs but think they arent worth the calories to eat one.. hehehe.. dont do coffee so I dont have that demon to fight.. hey progresso soup has a lot of carbs in it.. whats up with that.. its suppose to be healthy.. lol..

Welll it was a little here and there that did that.. tomorrow will be better in that area I am sure.. just keep on sailing that ship... you are doing great...
