Oh my... my MIL worked my butt off today.. I am still tired.. she bought these big rubber mats to put in the horses stalls and needed them put in there. the ground had to be leveled.. Each stall held 8 of them and each one weighed 150 pounds. MOving those things killed me.. workout.. who needs a gym... I was so tired when we finished the 4 stalls I could barely move.. and I am so sore now... some one shot me...

So we named the cat.... kieko... and keke for short.. it means loved on in japanese..

So how was your day.. i had a very low day but its ok.. to tired to eat anyway..lol

wow carla, that does sound like quite a work out!!! I did some homework, met some wls friends at the mall for a few hours, came home did some more homework. But WHAT an eatting day I had. Those darn protein balls are GONE and I wont make more (this week anyway).  I made my hot chocolate w/ protein and mindlessly grabbed a protein ball. OMGSH - that tasted sooooo darn good together!! Then 1/2 our later I dumped. I get the hot flash, swarming head kind of dump not the kind of dump. I had to go lay down, it was so bad. UGH!! But I got over it, lesson learned!!  b - oatmeal s - protein drink and protein ball l - tuna fish on crackers s - protein ball  d - tuna fish on crackers (it was so good at lunch I had it again) s - the last protein ball!!!  Calories: 1185 Fat: 42 Carbs: 62 Protein: 125

those protein balls can get you if you dont keep them in check.. I love them too. you still had a great day.. look at the protein.. much better day than me... keep it up.. and rest up for tomorrow when you head back to that crazy school schedule..

hi carla, i guess it was a good day. i did the walk from obesity on saturday 1.06 mile and did extra walking also. I am starting this because it will force me to be more organized in my eating. Prevacid splash of coffee in my hoods milk Iron, C and b12 water steak and peaches multy calcium water protein bar (which made me duuuuuuuump *barf*) water peaches and chicken patty sf pb oatmeal "cookie" Iron and VitC water multy calcium beef, dixie diner "mashed taters", peach (I had to fini****!) 1/2 sf pb oatmeal "cookie" water chicken  patty water protein bar vit c, b100, iron (edit: oops I wasn't thinking, this is for today haha, sunday)

Great job on the walking... you are doing fantastic. Work on upping that protein.. it will help I think with your late night hunger.

I've not been feeling well ALL week and this weekend I can't even muster the energy to get up.  I've been down all weekend.  My head is KILLING me!  Anyway, here is my day:

B: 1 sausage link, 1 egg beater scrambled egg, 1/4 of a pancake

L: 1/2 of a corned beef sandwich made in a wrap

S: other 1/2 of the wrap sandwich

D: 1 cup ceasar salad / 3 pork ribs / bite of potato

Calories: 1403          Carbs: 70           Fat: 81          Protein: 95

Did not drink enough today or all week and have not had the energy to work out since Monday!

OH Trish.. I hope you get to feeling better real soon. thats terrible. I know you must be feeling bad if you havent exercise or anything.. Hey get well... and drink.. it will help flu**** out..
