Accountability.... What did you eat Sunday
Well went to my sons football game and cleaned house all day. I am tired and ready for a long nap.. but not to happen with 4 kids.. I feel like I ate all day today, but when you break it down I did ok. So the weekend is over and it is back to work again. I need it just to rest. lol.. so how did you all do.. sound off.. lets get this week rolling on a positive note and with smooth sailing for the week.

Glad to hear you had a fun weekend Carla. It's always good to go back to work on Monday though, and get back into the routine of things.
We became members at our new church and they had a cattered dinner after church... my oh my, it was good and i ate some of everything.
b - oatmeal w/ protein added
s - protein drink
l - salad (mostly lettuce) ranch dressing; green beans (1/4 c); mashed potatoes (1/4 c) with beef roast & gravy over top of the potatoes. 1/2 piece of carrort cake
Wasn't hungry all day after that meal!
d - tuna on crackers
s - protein ball
Now here's the funny! I had a lot of back problems yesterday and I took a nap after church. When I woke up dh and ds decided to "surprise" me and they made me a batch of protein balls!!!!! I SWEAR I didn't put them up to it at all!! ROFL
So now I've just GOT to be good and limit myself to them. oh boy, this IS a test!!

YOu had a very nice day of cal protein and all the other stuff. You go in there and tell them Protein balls you are in charge. You will only eat what you need to stay healthy and they cant coax you into eating them for a snack.. You can do it girl

I hope that total is not including that meal. You still need to get some more calories in you. I know the feeling about thinking I am fat still. It is a tough nut to crack. I even rationalize by saying people who are skinny are still over weight so I can justify loosing a few more pounds.. I ahve stoped that but i still think it. you need to eat to keep your body from starving. How tall are you.. I read your profile and didnt see it on there...

i didnt add up the calories for dinner since it was at work. plus i forgit i had 2 apples at home for snacks. there goes my carbs.. i hate those #'s on the carbs. yes i see still the fat me... i hate it... i dont want to go into starvation. i am about 5'8or 5'7 ... why do i worry about the carbs even if its fruit i worry..

lol.. I would say so.. and none of it was in protein drink.. all real food.. good job. I cant believe you got all that breakfast in... hehehe.. I days like that too when the little pouch opens and lets me eat a large amount..
