Friday weigh in
last week-142; this week -144; (bmi is staying at 24 something, personal goal is 115lbs). grrr
weirdly enough, i must be retaining water like crazy or something. i've been walking 8-9miles a day for the last 4 days (a huge exercise step up for me) and averaging no more than 1200cal a day, good protein, water etc (while burning at least 2500).
since it is pretty much scientifically impossible for me to have gained real weight (as it actual fat), i'm going to assume it will all fall off and then some soon.
I am a little late posting this because I FORGOT TO WEIGHT MY SELF Friday. That alone is amazing since I usually weigh myself every day.
So
Last week 154
this week 154
I am ok with that.

Carla,
Somewhat off topic. I noticed your body fact %is18 and bmi is 19--to say that is inspiring is an understatement and, actually that is very much around where i inspire to be--i was really hoping to get to 115 (i'm 5'4) by my 1st sugeversary on Dec.20th but i seem to be in a huge stall.
Anyway, my question is actually related to the body fat. what is the best way/relatively reliable way to have it measured. can they do it at the gym? since i haven't been loosing weight in the last month i though i would periodically monitor body fat precentage to see if i'm getting healthier and making progress.
i think the only other time my body fat was measured was furing a fitness assessment my freshman year in college, 14 years ago. i remember it being around 21 or 22 percent and being embarrased to weight in at what i though was very chubby 132lbs (i was already caught in a yo-yo dieting cycle but back then)
