Alli
A friend tried Alli and had many little accidents and now has a wardrobe of pants with orange stains on the bottom. She switched from Alli to a supplement called CLA. She swears that it works similar to Alli, except that she doesn't have to race to the restroom. The fat is actually separated and floating in the toilet when she has a bowel movement. You can find CLA in the grocery store vitamin/supplement aisle. It's a lot cheaper than Alli. I would check with my doctor about any medicine or supplements before trying them. Jackie

It isn't designed to give you dramatic weight loss--instead of losing 10 pounds in a period, you lose 15. It's not going to be a very instant solution. I took it as Xenical and I lost about 5 pounds in a month. NOT worth the price or the potential side effects, IMO>
