Accountability... what did you eat Sunday

Good day but a few more cals to get more protein in would be great.  Would love to see that number go up.  I am assuming the last number is the protein.  78 is a little low if you are working that program to loose the weight.   You are still doing great and I am sure we will see that scale moving down to show it. ok i will try more calories and protein. i did feel hungry last night so i had the 2 cups of hot tea.
