Accountability... what did you eat Saturday
well if it wasnt tied down I nibbled on it today.. very bad day for me... I have got to get control.. My other half thinks they are so nice to bring me some sf cookies.. yeah... thats what I thought too.. need I say more.
So here was my day
I am way to snacky today... drank a lot so at least that is good..

My humble opinion about protein. One we dont absorb so we need more.. two protein requires more work to process so we burn more calories assimulating it into our system. Three the body likes to burn carbs first, fat second and protein last so if your diet is mostly protein you will burn the carbs than fat. So.. if you have low carbs it goes to the fat in your body while the protein protects all the important organs.
Thats just my opinion and why I try to keep my at 100 or above each day. Ideally I would like mine to hit 120 but it doesnt always make that goal. I do know that doing this, I have no fat on my body to speak of so I believe this is the reason why. Again, just my humble opinion.

Well the good news is the Breyer's is gone...the bad news is it's still on sale for $1/pint and they have no light or sugar-free flavors
! My fat % is going down, but those carbs still need some tweaking:
