Accountability Wednesday - What did you munch on?
Thanks Carla, I will definently keep trying to inch them up there. What about bounce back though? I like where I am now or even a few lbs heavier.. are u finding that most people are bouncing back some weight at 18 mos to 2 years out? I guess I have to take that into consideration also. My husband had RNY 6 years ago and he did bounce back about 10 percent but he isn't near as active as I and not sure that activity has much of anything to with deterring that. Thanks for your advice. I think that will be my last ? of the day! ;)
Hugs, Melissa

Hi Carla,
This is the first time I've posted to you posts about eating.. So, this is what I had:
Protein shake with my coffee....had two teaspoons of sugar in it.
Two eggs scrambled with canned tuna in water and 1/4 cup of cheese added in.
12 oz. of Tilapia fish baked with lemon pepper on it.
1 cup of mixed vegetables (broccoli, califlower, carrots)
15 saltine crackers
Totals:
Calories: 1058
Fat: 28
Carbs: 57
Protein: 140
So how did I do?
Well, it's that time of the month and if I saw it, chances are, I ate it! I started out fine, but by the time I got home I was eating lite whipped cream by the mouthful (yes, from the can!), then ate 2 cookies at a gathering later that evening. I actually went back for more, but luckily, they were all gone!
B- egg beater omelette w/ turkey bacon & swiss, buttered cinnamon raisin toast
S- string cheese
L- chicken fettucine alfredo
S- banana, triscuits w/ port wine spread, and lite whipped cream
D- homemade mexican pizza w/ refried beans, salsa, guac, and 1T colby-jack
S- beef & broccoli and homemade fried brown rice
S- 1/4c cranberry-pomegranate juice
1706 cals (not including the cookies), 60g fat, 176g carbs, 112 protein, 13g fiber
64 ozs water

get it up girl. another shake wont hurt you calorie wise either..
Have a great day.
Carla
