Accountability.. what did you eat Thursday
Well my internet is down on my big pc and it has issues.. she has to go to the doctor tomorrow so I am on my lap top. for some reason it doesnt like going on sparkpeople. So i am doing the calculations myself tonight.

TGIF, yesterday was one of those days when I felt like a bottomless pit with nothing satisifying me. I ate a Tootsie Roll Lollipop that isn't listed on my fitday because I couldn't find the nutritional value or should I say lack of nutrition info.

Been MIA due to some reactions from my infusion Monday...hasn't been too bad, but being home sick all day has thrown me off my eating schedule a bit.

My ferritin levels dropped to a 2 over the summer and my hemotologists doesn't think I'll ever absorb oral iron...So I get Infed iron infusions every 6-8 weeks. Levels are creeping up, but I'm only at a 3.6 now. When Vitalady gets her Tender Iron in, I'm gonna start taking them and see how it works!

another good day. how can i stop thinking i want to bake. yes i love to bake and eat that stuff even with slpenda. i ordered my prower crunch protein bars 3 boxs so i hope that helps but those power crunch are so good i have to limit or i will eat them like candy bars. i will have to control myself there also.

Did you know that when the DSL dish fills up with snow it's impossible to go on line? Hubby had to go get the snow out of the dish this morning so I could get on line. Good thing is that I won't be going to work cuz the driveway and the road is in far worse condition than the dish...heheheh.
Breakfast: Malto meal, protein powder, wheat germ, soy milk and coffee (for a total of 28 grams of protein)
Snack: Banana that used to go in the malto meal and a cheese stick (9 gm)
Lunch: Cooked ground beef patty on a salad of romaine and tomatoes with rasp pom dressing (total of 23 grams of protein)
Snack: 2 T low fat peanut butter with celery and carrots (7 gm)
Late afternoon snack at 4 pm: 4 oz Yogurt. (4g)
Dinner: 3/4 cup of whole wheat elbow macaroni and 3 big meat balls that I made a while ago and froze with extra meat sauce. I weighed the meat balls and they came to 4 ounces. Dinner total: 33 gm protein
Dessert: 3 pc Russell Stover SF Candy (or equivalent, Winco Choco Covered Carmel, SF)
