I know how you feel girl.. i am actually 30 pounds below my docs goal... shh... dont tell him. I always eat and drink a ton and wear extra clothes when I go in so it shows me as a higher weight.. She still yellls at me..
Jus****ch it.. you should be fine. I bounce between 120 and 124. thats what you want to see I think.. ok.. now stop stressing. How long have you been trying to stop the loosing.. you maybe getting the formula figured out..

Hmm. Heavier clothes...I have a really heavy big pair of jeans and I could wear a tee shirt under a big ol' sweat shirt.. I'm kidding.
I just need to take a deep breath and decide that I'm okay at this weight. And with baby steps, maybe one or two more pounds. Oh GAWD that sounds so horrible. But maybe slowly with baby steps.

I am going to repost tomorrow because well em, been stopped up, but FINALLY made a huge deposit this morning after I weighed in. I am not going to worry too much about the numbers because I know I am making all the right changes.. I have no words of wisdom in maintaining because I really haven't been successful at it. Got down to goal for a little while, didn't bother with the rules, figured the surgery did it's job, forgot the rules, and here I am back on track. You are doing wonderful so don't be hard on yourself.

I knew the numbers would be better. This morning I was at 191. Last week 192, 1 pound lower!
