Whoa what restriction
I'm totally amazed tonight with the quantity I can eat. I prepared 2.5 oz of roasted chicken breast and 1/4 cup of summer squash and onions and I can't eat it all! The 5 day pouch test did the job, lol.
Chicken and steak are always so filling for me.

Yes for me also, I did the egg but not the chicken LOL I don''t eat chicken it doesn't like me...but look at my calories taken in vs how many I burned! I am so full but I need to add a drink tonight for the protein and its already 8PM here. Have not even considered a bad carb....monster is gone for now anyway....at least we know how to get back on track, Love that our tools work.

Maybe that is why we lean towards the carbs and the foods not so good for us, because we get so tried of chewing........ When I am hungry I have started going for the foods that are easier to eat. After 5 years I am just darn tired of chew chew chew. But now I am going to have to get back to the good stuff because I am up about 5 to 7 pounds. I have to get on track now or I am afraid I wont do it at all.
Today is the first day of my trying to turn this around, so I hope you dont get tired of seeing me here. i need all the help I can get.

anyone here have bad addiction to eating at night and when your really not hungry. I have always had this problem but lately is is really starting take over. how do you distract yourselves?
