Hey Everyone
I hope you had a wonderful Easter Weekend! Did you eat well or indulge? Either way it's time for my favorite song "Back to life, back to reality"
I was so busy with the boards this morning I didn't get a chance to post this in the AM. At the end of this week we will be at 4 weeks, half way mark for those of us that are challenging our selves.
This coming weekend, let's check where we are. I am not expecting much on the scale but hoping a little advancement in the inches and body fat area
This is a time to check the check list. I am going to try the don't eat past 5:00 meal plan. Wish me luck as I am a night eater......
After work I am headed to the gym

Tonight I did a Mommy & Me swim class with my daughter. Then I did a water cycling class. That one was tough!
I haven't worked out in a while but it feels really good to know that I was so active. This will be the trend every Monday through May. I hope to add in a few times at the gym as well during the week.
