Hey Everyone I hope you  had a wonderful Easter Weekend!  Did you eat well or indulge?  Either way it's time for my favorite song "Back to life, back to reality" I was so busy with the boards this morning I didn't get a chance to post this in the AM.  At the end of this week we will be at 4 weeks, half way mark for those of us that are challenging our selves. This coming weekend, let's check where we are.  I am not expecting  much on the scale but hoping a little advancement in the inches and body fat area  This is a time to check the check list.  I am going to try the don't eat past 5:00 meal plan.  Wish me luck as I am a night eater...... After work I am headed to the gym  For my boxing class..... So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and let's Lock and Load Take care, Kathy

I want to join in the challenge!  I had surgery 3 years ago.  I have not been to the gym in a while but I am going tonight. Sonya

Tonight I did a Mommy & Me swim class with my daughter.  Then I did a water cycling class.  That one was tough!  I haven't worked out in a while but it feels really good to know that I was so active.  This will be the trend every Monday through May.  I hope to add in a few times at the gym as well during the week.

20 minutes on stationary bike 15 minutes on elliptical 2 sets of bench press 2 sets of deltoids 2 sets of biceps 2 sets of triceps  :)
