Thanks. I'll have to check out the HSN website. I didn't go to the doctor in Mass. I found one here in Lancaster, PA that everyone raves about. I've talked to him personally and I think it's a great fit for me. Need to get bloodwork done and then will have my appt with him.

Rats! I'm at work and can'****ch. Do you get your calcium from him as well?  If so which one?  I am going to get the D3-2500 for sure.  Just read about it on his site.

The calcium I take is Calcium - Magnesium Intensive Care with Phosphorous, there is D3 in here but we need more. I take 4 of these because my Multi Vit (i take the Elite) pack has 800 calcium the same configuartion with magnesium. Make sure you get the Intensive care one as I tried the other, it was an error on what they sent me and this one is much better and doesn't cause constipation  because its balanced with the magnesium. You  need at least 2000 calcium. The d3  I am taking 6000 with the d3-2500 (2) and my muti has it also. Also remember you need B12 to help the calcium and D3 work so this bundle they have or you can get it separate is perfect for you but the D3 is 1000 not the 2500 I get from his site. Last night I heard him say and this is the truth, some theraputic amount will range to 50,000 working with your dr. Thats so true, and I get my D3 tested on April 21 so if its down I will up it. My D3 was 0 when I started this so we will see what the number is.  If you sit out in the sun you may not need as much as me but I am an old lady LOL 58 and I am saving my skin so I get no sunshine and I live in Florida now. 

Thanks for the info.  I'm going to order from his site.  The HSN site doesn't have all the items I want. I'm getting the calcium & magnesium intensive care with phospherous D3 - 2500 B 12 - 500 I like the iron I take now.  I think with these I'll be taking the big four that we need as post-ops.  Am I missing anything?

Diane if you have the money please take Omega's. I get mine as a script from Dr. I used to gte Porcaps Omega3 but I now take 4 grams daily of Lovaza. I take my muti evey other day because they are very potent and there is 800IU of omega with flaxseed  in his product, so on the days I take the multi I drop one Lovaza. I get the Lovaza for 22. which is my co pay for 3 months. However I do like his better since it contains the flaxseed...but with my husand and I both taking such high doses it gets very expensive so I am doing the pharmacuetical brand. One thing I will say is I like Andrew's better honesty because of the flaxaseed. If you have a dr who understands you and were you are coming from with your health ask them for a script ands see what you insurance will pay before you buy it.  Omega not only helps you to loose weight, it helps emotional state of depression and is beneficial for your skin. Trust me on this as this, it's what I did my whole life as occupation. (skin)

I already put in my order for the other three items.  When I reorder, and order larger quantities, I'll get the omega. I just got the 60 capsuleso f all three to see how I tolerate them.  If they are compatible then I'll order the biggest size to save money.

Will do, thanks so much for all of your help with this. I really wanted all natural vitamins without fillers and these sound like what I want.  Can't wait to get them and see the difference they make.
