Thanks Captain! I can always count on your for encouragement! Hope your having a great day. I just finished one tax return...weehaa my hubby gets back money...now I am on to mine...had to file separate this yr or he would not have got anything back to pay mine. Long story!
Current weight:120 and still 5'4
I feel like I am always planning on what I am going to eat...and I do very low carbs yesterday was an exception, I don't eat anything but fish usually...mostly fish and my Slimfast with Unjury...I go up and down with my calories but my protein is always well over 100. I actually think it sodium from the cottage cheese 2 days ago then spagetti sauce yesterday...I wee weeed all day and I am still 127. Maybe tomorrow I will drop as long as its not going up, hey remember I was staying between 128-131 for a long time. No I see 126 to 128 much better but I still want 122!! Keeps me challenging myself.

Im sorry I didnt see it. I drink way more water than that a day. I agree with Dana on the low cals and I know you tried to move them up for me but abandoned that when you saw the one pound gain. I think if you stuck with it a bit it would start going down again. Look at Dawn at over 2000 cals a day and she gained a couple of days than dropped back down again. I have pushed my cals up to and I am up to pounds right now but I was higher. I am hoping I will drop back down and still allow me to do the extra calories. Remember I dont exercise at all because of my legs and that slimmers paralysis I have from loosing so much weight. I tried about a month ago to exercise and had problems again so I just have to wait until I can workout with out hte problems.
As far as water.. I dont think thats the problem at all.

I don't think it's the water. Maybe this is what you should weigh, who knows. Finding that place that is a good weight for us is hard. You have a normal BMI. And, remember the muscle you have. I don't exercise, should but I can't stick with it; haven't found anything I that I love enough to keep doing it. I suspect eventually it will bite me in the butt *sigh*.
So far I'm staying between 123-125, I like it here but as long as I stay below my surgeon's goal I keep telling myself I'm fine.

I finally broke my plateau - yippee! Two weeks after having the RESTORe procedure (had it 5 weeks ago yesterday) I had lost 11 lbs. Then it went back to 10, and it has stayed between 10-11 ever since. Yesterday, it jumped to 12-1/2. I go back to Baltimore for my 6 week check up next week so I hope the doc's scale reflects the 12-1/2 lbs too. Only about 30 lbs to go.
