Accountability... what did you eat Monday

Well it's back to work Monday and what a day I had.  I never do training on Mondays but this week I did.. After being away for so long to go to LA and have to provide training was seriously nuty.  It took me a while to get my head into it so I could do that class.. i stuttered a bit but all came out ok. So I gained 3 pounds on my vacation I refuse to eat.. well i wish I could refuse to eat.. i am going to be watching everything I eat right now to get me back down to where I should be.. If that doesnt work.. its the 5dpt. of course TOM is still here so I do have to consider he could be part of the problem.. but regardless.. I will be watching my intake for a while. Here was my day Breakfast:

I was doing great til I ate those cookies. but never fear the rest went in the trash.  I didnt stop for snacks today so i am happy about that and I know I am on the right track for eating.    I will need to drink that protein drink tonight to get my protein number up but not to bad of a day considering how I have been eating.. I will be watching that scale for some positive movement back to where I was.. No Dana.. its not OCD.. well maybe a little bit...lol See you all tomorrow Carla

Low day I see.. We had days like that.. good job of getting food in on a day you dont feel mch like eating.  keep it up.. shot for a bit more tomorrow..  I'm sure the two pounds is TOMs fault. See ya tomorrow Carla

Last week I spent stressing over the auditors coming today and so I was all caught up and nothing to do...Bored most of the day. AND last night no one could sleep. The dogs were restless, the cats were crazy; even the hermit crabs were rushing around. I was dirt tired but couldn't get to sleep. I finally nodded off about midnight. So not only was I bored at my desk, my head was drooping too...Tired tired. Bed early tonight.  Breakfast: Malto meal, soy milk, protein powder, 2 cups of coffee Snack: 1 cheese stick, 1 medium orange Lunch 4 oz of grilled chicken thigh meat, 1 cup lettuce and 1 small roma tomato (rasp pom dressing)  Snack: 1-1/2 oz Honey Roasted Peanuts, 1/4  cup Roasted Soy beans, 1/4 cup NSA Yogurt Raisins Dinner: 4 oz Pork steak, lean, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes Dessert: Microwave Almond Meal Muffin w/ carob chips Totals for the day:  Calories2010 fat: 93 Carbs: 172 Protein: 144
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Got up at 5 this morning and started spring cleaning,,dont know where that energy came from!! Anyway,,it sure made for a longer day,,so I ate more than usual...anyway,,heres the numbers,,,not too good today,, Ill be so glad later this week when its in the 70's and I can get out and work in the yard!! Away from the pantry and the fridge!!! Calories   1137 Fats  35 Carbs  141 (mostly from milk and popcorn) protein 75 Oh well,,, Blessings Betsy
