Well look at you and your sailing self.  How many days in a row have you had some smooth sailing.  Weigh to go.  now keep that going and keep on posting.  Youre doing amazing. Carla

yeah i am sailing. today the scale is 150 yeah... maybe tommorow it will be 149.... its been about since friday the 11th.. so almost a week of sailing... i am trying and i am saying no to all bad stuff...  Anita

Wow. 10 pm...I was sleeping HARD at 10. Evenwithout the allegra.  Yesteday I stayed home from work cuz the night before I got no sleep and I needed to sit around in my slippers and feel sorry for myself. Job well done. I hung out on OH and didn't cause too much trouble. I managed not to get flamed which is always good.  Breakfast: Malto meal, TVP and soy milk. Coffee Snack (coffee every hour or so, does that count as a snack?) 1 oz cheese stick, 3 cups air popped popcorn with butter. 1 blueberry Motts fruit cup Lunch: Immitation crab meat on a salad with lettuce and tomatoes and Caesar dressing Snack; Toffee covered peanuts, 1/2 serving of roasted soy beans, 1/2 serving chocolate covered edamame beans.  Dinner: 4 oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup lipton chicken flavored rice  Dessert: SF Toffee candy (1/2 serving)  Totals: Calories: 2021 Fat: 78 Carbs: 222 Protein: 127 I'm happy with all but the carbs today. I snacked all day long. Watched some good TV but shouldn't have snacked so much. I'll pay for it, I"m sure.

Funny thing about this thread is it used to get posted on the following day around 10 am so you where always a day behind.  Drove me crazy so when I took it over I started posting it at 9 pm and now between 6 and 7 pm cali time.  thats usually right after I have dinner so I can give my count for the day.  Last night being a bit crazy keep me from posting til much later.  lol.. I see everyone sitting by their pc's now saying... where is that girl.... lets go.. post that thing..lol.. You guys rock I tell you. You had a good day you bum taking off the day.  My days have been so crazy I dont even know what day it is.  now that is bad.  My co-worker.. only two of us that do this has been having some problems and i am carrying the bulk of the work.. ouch.. Lately it has just been crazy trying to keep up with it all.  You can come down anytime you want and give me hand..lol.. Nice nice day for you.  how do you do that.. eat just one candy.  thats my biggest problem.  If I eat something I always want more.. I see you all do that and wish I had that kind of will power than maybe I could have some more sf chocolate covered almonds.. I just know I cant handle it.  darn. Be good Carla

I'm going to cut back on my snacking just because of that...Because it's not a good habit to get into and if I do start gaining, how will I ever be able to stop the snacking, once I get used to it?  What I need is more water, less caffeine and less junk...More exercise and less empty time on my hands to snack with...I swear. During each commercial while I watched television I found myself in front of my "snack" cabinet looking...Looking for what? I have no idea but I was looking. Snack all stupid day long. If it ever catches up on me, I'll be 240 again in a minute.  We missed you Carla! You spoiled us rotten.

thats a big fear of mine as well.. i used to eat only a couple times a day but i ate a lot each time.. snacked at night.  i worry I will eat too much each time and go back to what I was but eating three times more often.  scarey to think about. Carla

Yes a very low day all the way around.  The days are looking nice down here in So. Cal as well.  I cant say much about the low day.  I didnt hit 1000 either.. just to busy to keep up with it.  You will do better today I am sure.  Enjoy the weather.. Looks like another nice day. Carla
