My eating was terrible but here goes:
B: coffee & more coffee
S: SBD strawberry/banana tide me over w/ scoop of protein powder
L: 2oz chicken 1/2 c. broccoli slaw (I'm addicted)
S: pumpkin brownie from Hungry-Girl cookbook
D: BBQ (I forgot my turkey burger) lots of picking = cheese, rice cakes, cantaloupe & grapes, potato salad, 3 beers, bite of a REAL brownie
S: 1/2 bocca burger w/ ff swiss cheese 1/3 c. broccoli slaw & 1/2 c Edy's triple cho**** cream
not sure about the water but it was at least 60oz
**cleaned 5 horse stalls and rode my horse for about 1/2 hour then gave her a bath ~ beautiful day.
I didn't do totals because of the picking I'm not sure just how much I ate. Today won't be any better as I have a family wedding tonight so I'll do more picking & drinking I'm sure
so I kept up with what I was eating and probably would have done worse if I wouldn't have!
I think the idea about adding a protein shake or two back into my day is a good one... I think I try to not snack at all (afraid of being a grazer) and then I just melt down at about five o'clock! I'm going to get to the GNC today to get some powders. Thanks!
