Thursday accountability- what did you eat today?
Breakfast: 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled, 3 strips of turkey bacon and 1/2 an orange
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Chicken Noodle soup at hand & 4 wheat saltines... running late for work.
Snack: SF Pudding & NSA Hot chocolate
Dinner: 1 Chicken soft taco made with LC wheat tortillia, Chicken breast, ff sour cream, lettuce, cheese and salsa & 1/2 c. FF refried beans.
Snack: NSA Hot chocolate & Cheese stick

Hello Everyone!
Well my day started out good but the dove chocolate got the best of me....
Breakfast - Oatmeal
Lunch - granola bar, nectarine, string cheese
Dinner - carne asada with cheese no tortilla
No eliptical today I hurt my foot but I did chase after my twins all day....
I'm still trying to get the willpower to do the 5 day pouch test...
Good new I did loose 4lbs...Yipee

Yikes....you did not eat much! without good protein intake, yes you will lose lbs, but it will be muscle and not fat, and you will pay for that later. Please consider upping your protein and over all calories.and getting a good protein shake supplement!

I ran three miles and then did some other training on the treadmill (sideways, uphills, etc). Then I did some ab work and went home. :-)

B-chicken cordon bleu, acorn squash
L-french onion soup, no bread
S-americano with cream
S-1/2 c cottage cheese, 3 slices salami
D-Meatballs/marinara, with spaghetti sqush, 1/2 c low-carb chocolate pudding
Calories: 1,091
Protein: 79g
Carbs: 49g

Good day for you! Perhaps adding another shake would be good to get protein up more towards 90, remember, we don't absorb all we eat, but the protein shakes are in an absorbable form for us!
