Snack~ Beef Jerky & SF Jello
Lunch~ Grilled chicken breast, collard greens and Small garden salad w/ FF italian
Snack~ Beef jerky & 4 wheat saltines
Dinner~ 2 low carb taco's ( in a big lettuce leaf instead of tortlia) 1 with taco seasoned ground beef and 1 with taco seasoned chicken breast. both topped with cheese, salsa and ff sour cream. & FF refried beans... This was one delicious dinner!!

I wish I would have eaten the banana earlier in the day, but it was nice to have the boost right before our walk. We went for a 2 mile brisk walk at nearly 9:30 last night.
PS - I weighed 156 this morning and I started my period today!!!! WOO HOO - when have I ever been down a few pounds on the first day of my period? NEVER!

Yes, the protein level was barely acceptable but I'll work on it tonight and probably over the weekend. I need the mental roller coaster to stop soon...I can keep a toe hold on my sanity for now but people gotta cut me some slack!

Big low carb taco salad-taco meat, lettuce, salsa, cheese, ranch dressing (way too fatty, by the way-I had a major dump-o'-rama afterwards, with hot flashes, nausea, etc. whoops)
