 3 protein shakes, oatmeal with raisins, open face chicken patty with motz, cherries, v-8 juice, and something else, but I don't know what that will be yet!

Breakfast~ 10 oz Choclate Calorie countdown milk & 2 slices of Ham

Snack~  Beef Jerky  & SF Jello

Lunch~ Grilled chicken breast, collard greens and Small garden salad w/ FF italian

Snack~ Beef jerky & 4 wheat saltines

Dinner~ 2 low carb taco's ( in a big lettuce leaf instead of tortlia) 1 with taco seasoned ground beef and 1 with taco seasoned chicken breast. both topped with cheese, salsa and ff sour cream. & FF refried beans... This was one delicious dinner!!

Pre-B: half cup skim milk blended with ice and a scoop of Unjury protein powder

B:  2 boiled eggs

Snack:  can of sardines in water

Lunch:  EAS Carbvantage shake

Snack: South Beach Cranberry Almond Bar

Snack: 7 cubes of Kraft Colby cheese (worked late, dinner was pushed back too late)

Dinner:  4 ounces of mahi mahi, sauteed veggies (broccoli, zucchini, portobella mushrooms, onions)

Late night snack: banana

1,176 calories, 51g fat, 58g carbs, 123g protein

I wish I would have eaten the banana earlier in the day, but it was nice to have the boost right before our walk.  We went for a 2 mile brisk walk at nearly 9:30 last night. 

PS - I weighed 156 this morning and I started my period today!!!!  WOO HOO - when have I ever been down a few pounds on the first day of my period?  NEVER!

I had a pretty Roller Coaster day yesterday...But it ended on a nice high note. Hubby is working out his issues well...and the weekend looks good.

6:00 am 10 oz coffee

7:00 am oatmeal, tvp, soy milk

7:30 am 24 oz SoBe Protein Drink Mix

8:45 am 1 pack Pringles Honey Wheat Stix

9:00 am 1 pack Pringles Minis Cheese

10:00 am 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Ruby Red

12:15 pm 1 Wendy's style burger with cheese (lettuce, tomato, pickles sauce)

Hi everyone! I had a good day yesterday, very low carb, but too high in fat and too low in fiber. It's hard to find that balance- I'm still working on that:
2 protein shakes-1 Met Rx chocolate, 1 Trader Darwin's soy protein vanilla
2 big coffees, each with 2 Tbl half and half
Chicken coconut curry soup with zucchini-1 1/4 cups
Chili-lemon pistachios, 3/4 c with shells. (OMG those are so tasty)
Big low carb taco salad-taco meat, lettuce, salsa, cheese, ranch dressing (way too fatty, by the way-I had a major dump-o'-rama afterwards, with hot flashes, nausea, etc. whoops)
