I want a picture

Can someone "please" tell me how to post a picture.  I have one in my e-mail box, but I don't know how to do it.  I need easy directions or maybe someone can do it for me???????  Pleasssseeee

If you look on this page...up in the left hand corner, you will see a little box that says....
Welcome, (your username). And under that it will tell you what forum you are in. For instance... Weight losss surgery graduates forum. then under that is several bullets.
*forum home
*message board
*recenty posts
etc...
then you will see that it has a bullet that says....user settings. You have to click on that and it will prompt you on how to change it there. One thing you must do before you can upload a photo is make sure that it is compressed or cropped to 100x100 pixels.

Could I possibily be the dumbest member here.  I don't know how to crop.  If I send the picture I want to use to you Cath via e-mail can you post it for me?
