accountability Sunday
I started out really well until I started eating to much starting in the afternoon.
b-protein coffee
b2-2 eggs and 2 pieces of 45 calorie whole wheat toast
s-banana
s-kashi granola
l-1 can chicken
1tablespoon dried cranberries, 1 tablespoon of dried cherries
1/3 cup of shreaded cheese
green pepper
2 tablespoons dressing
s-3 snack well cookies (i was bored)
s-south beach bar
2 tablespoon peanut butter
s-another spoon of peanut butter with carrots
d-tuna pattie with mac and cheese
sf ice cream with diet rootbeer
more mac and cheese later
I don't even know the calories or the protein
before the tuna pattie and down it was
1505 and protein was 105
better today!

day 2 of not eating the (right foods)
Breakfast was just a cup of folgers coffee with fat free carnation creamer
Lunch......thurkey and swill on a wheat wrap and a big hunk of no sugar added apple pie. That is where I messed up.....it has not added sugar but full of calories.
snack......more pie (even heated it up this time..mmmmmmm good hot apple pie) well I dumped on the natural sugars this time or I over ate one.
Dinner....this was a bad thing....a huge polish hot dog wish sour crout and onion on a wheat wrap and 2 hand fulls of salt and vinager chips........
glad today is a new day. I went to walmart and got me alot of healthy choice dinners. I know I need to gain weight but not all in one day............................I am trying so hard that it is really freaking me out. I need to slowly put it back on. When the doctor tells me I am dying I hit the food wide ass open. Yes I am scared.........................

Plain and simple.. my weekend eating is horrible!

1 turkey sausage link
1 slice of spiral ham
1 chocolate chip cookie
Baked turkey
1/4 c. potato salad
1 c. skim milk
1 graham cracker
1 cup of lima beans
2 turkey meatballs
2 mini Hersey bars .. made my stomach hurt!
I gotta get back on track today! I'm not gaining weight but this is exactly why I cant loose anymore either! I do good all week but blow it on the weekend!

L - 2 sticks mozzarella, 3 oz of pepperoni chunks, Banana scream protein shake (2 scoops banana scream protein, 2 scoops upcal D, 2 c. crushed ice, 1 c. half&half, all whizzed up in the blender)
S - 1 reese's big cup
D - chips & salsa, guacamole, 1/2 a huge beef quesadilla
S - 1/4 of the quesadilla
S - another banana scream shake

I don't know the calories, but I know that there was a LOT of fat in all of that, which means I won't be absorbing much of it at all.

I had a total meltdown last night because I stepped on the scale and it said 130...I haven't eatten anything good all weekend apparently and I guess I had to work through the mental issues of seeing that huge number (I know, my daughter said laughing "Oh yeah, you're a heffer alright.") but it's really hard.
so yesterday is a blur. I did have 2000 calories and did get 140 grams of protein...I'll be better by Monday night hopefully...

Do you always weigh at night after a whole day of eating? I have to weigh in the morning, after I get all "empty." If I weigh at night, I freak myself out by seeing a really big number. Did you weigh this morning too? It's amazing how much the numbers change after one night of sleeping and doing nothing else!
