hey everyone. Well I am thinking that I need to become aquainted with this board. I am very active on my State Board and the MB is alright. But I am 2 years out now and struggling with weird things.  Like going up and down lbs. when I still have 30 to lose.

I am getting conflicting info on the best way to eat 2 years out. So here I am along for the ride.
I want to continue being successful.

I think we're all looking for support over a year out...We all want to succeed. So welcome! We're there for you! We come here and vent; support; whine and cry...We're all here. If it weren't for this board, I'm sure I'd really start faltering.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Welcome!  I have recently started coming here.  I am 3+ years out have have regained 15 pounds within the last year due to stress, severe illness and sloppy habits.  I do not have the same surgery, so I do not feel qualified to give you any insights...only encouragement.  Best wishes!

wow, so I'm not the only one!!  I am 2 yrs. out and have gained 15# when I still had 20 to go. It bums me out horribly.  I can't seem to stop beating myself up about it either. I so  do not want to go back to my old ways. I have started walking again but it hasn't helped.  I am scared to go back to the Dr. for my 2 yr. check up.  Anyway, any helpful words of wisdom are very welcome. I am glad to see that it's not just me!

Hi there and welcome to the board! I try to post my day's intake 4-5 times a week. It really helps me, knowing that I have to write everything down. By being accountable I find myself being more careful with my snacks, and working harder on getting the right amount of protein in. Best of luck-we're all in this together!

my Nut told me to eat 4 meals of 1 cup of food a day.
Does this sound extreme?
How many calories do you all eat daily?
I know that we have to stay on low calorie diets now because if not we will gain weight
but that seemed excessive
