Man, I was bad....It was a horrible snacky day.

5:00 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss.

 5:30 am oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk 

5:45 am vitamins (with a sip of coffee)

 7:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Blue Typhoon

 8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc cotto salami

 9:00 am 12 oz V-8 Juice

 9:15 am ½ SF Caramel Apple. (3 pc SF caramel)

 9:30 am 1 large banana

 9:45 am 18 whole grain crackers, 2T peanut butter

 10:30 am 24 oz Morning Spark Grapefruit flavor! (woo hoo, my favorite)

 11:30 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Blue Typhoon

 12:00 am 1 chicken taco from Primo Burger

 1:00 pm 1 3/8 oz honey roasted peanuts

 2:00 pm 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Blue Typhoon'

 2:30 pm 1 Tina's Burrito, Spicy Beef n Bean

3:30 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Rasp Lemonade

 6:00 pm 5 oz chicken breast

Not very good today. But I have tomorrow to redeem myself and yesterday I had a low day of 1400 or there abouts...

You call that bad?? Let me show you bad...

Breakfast:
Protein shake

Snack:
Boiled egg

Lunch:
2.5 oz steak, green peppers, onions, broccoli .. sauteed it all together
1/4 c. brown rice

Snack:
Apple

This is where it all goes downhill. I should of stayed home from work today!

Snack:
1 mini snickers
1 tootsie roll pop
1 mini crunch bar

Dinner:
1 cup of chili w/ cheese on top
1/2 a of white chocolate chip brownie

Snack:
Small peice of peanut butter/butter finger cheesecake! OMG, it was a very skinny sliver but it was the best cheesecake I have ever tasted!

Yeah, you did go alittle overboard...I brought most of the small candies home after work and it will be a temptation.

Step away from the candy!

Time to get back up on that pony and ride in the RIGHT direction. You can do it. It's not a disaster, it's just a slight detour.

OK i did ok for getting up at 0230 hrs and not going to sleep till 2200 hrs. I think.
I got up with baby early and by the time he went back to sleep i had to leave for work. so i also went home early cause I had to make 3 cakes and mummy dogs for my sons class. Cake walk was great. I will try to post some pic later today. Made a spider, grave yard and a pumpkin. Ihave a little rant too. Some people should not sign up up be room mom if they are not going to do anything i ended up bringing the punch the dogs the chips and all the paper ware and plastic ware. Know what she brought cupcakes and only enough for the students. I brought enough for everyone. Any way just Little mad.

Yeah, I hate that too when I volunteer to help and end up doing everything instead of just part...

You can feel good that the kids had a nice time because of you...People notice when you go above and beyond but they rarely say "thanks" for that..

Doesn't look like you got much protein Friday..But it's still okay.
