I'd love to lose alittle weight before Dec. 2, which is in 4 weeks. That is my 3 year follow-up GBP doctor appt. I have gained exactly 19 lbs since my last Bariatric yearly appt. I'm just sick over it, can I lose alittle in 4 weeks????
My eating is half way decent. I exercise plenty. I could certainly drink more water. I'm fine with my vitamins. My huge big problem and the reason for 19 lbs gain: night eating... Horrible habit I can not seem to break.
Today:
Coffee & protein creamer
cashews (nuts) too many
Ribeye beef steak
green beans
chicken soup
cashews (again)
cheese sticks 2X
soy milk
elite protein

Protein: 88
water (60 ozs)
all vitamins
exercise: 60 minutes of floor aerobics
Doctor appt today: 2 year check-up for hip replacement
Yes, you can lose alittle before then but if you're the same SIZE as you were last year, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. Your list does look wonderful.
Night snacking is an issue. For years, I think my mind tells me if I've been a good girl, I can have dessert. It's part of the whole eating addiction with me and the stressful life I've had. So much crap goes on during the day, I figure, I've lived through it, I DESERVE a dessert.
How do I get over that one? Don't know for sure. I have to stick to the plan and stay with sugar free stuff but it's really really hard.
