I know. Normally when I go and vote at 7 am in the morning there is NO ONE there. This morning there were 40 just in the single line I was in. 40 in the other line. I was there a half hour! I heard one girl behind me that said her grandmother told her it was time that she vote, she's 30 and voting for the FIRST time...

I don't care who you vote for, that doesn't matter but please, please vote cuz so many died to give you that privilege...Stand up and be counted...

I'd love to lose alittle weight before Dec. 2, which is in 4 weeks. That is my 3 year follow-up GBP doctor appt. I have gained exactly 19 lbs since my last Bariatric yearly appt. I'm just sick over it, can I lose alittle in 4 weeks????

My eating is half way decent. I exercise plenty. I could certainly drink more water. I'm fine with my vitamins. My huge big problem and the reason for 19 lbs gain: night eating... Horrible habit I can not seem to break.

Today:
Coffee &  protein creamer
cashews (nuts) too many
Ribeye beef steak
green beans
chicken soup
cashews (again)
cheese sticks 2X
soy milk
elite protein
DiVinci

Calories: 1154
Protein: 88

water (60 ozs)
all vitamins
exercise: 60 minutes of floor aerobics
Doctor appt today: 2 year check-up for hip replacement

Less 150 lbs

If you do 60 minutes of aerobics a day?..It's probably muscle anyway.

Yes, you can lose alittle before then but if you're the same SIZE as you were last year, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. Your list does look wonderful.

Night snacking is an issue. For years, I think my mind tells me if I've been a good girl, I can have dessert. It's part of the whole eating addiction with me and the stressful life I've had. So much crap goes on during the day, I figure, I've lived through it, I DESERVE a dessert.

How do I get over that one? Don't know for sure. I have to stick to the plan and stay with sugar free stuff but it's really really hard.

I fell off the wagon, so to speak, but I am back on track now so I wanted to start being accountable.
B1-Protein coffee
B2-2 pc of 45 calorie whole wheat toast with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
S-banana
S-Kashi granola
L-Salad with tuna, 1/3 cup motz. cheese, lite raspberry dressing
S-South Beach Bar and cheese stick
D-hambuger helper
S-mini cherry mash, mini snickers

Your list looks awesome...You did really good. Hamburger Helper is something that I no longer eat...Too many carbs and not enough protein but we used to eat it so much, I have about 14 packages in the cupboard. It's just too hard to pick out the meat for me. Pasta and me just don't get along. If I put chunks of meat in it, I can pick those out and eat just alittle of the pasta or rice but I'm lazy.

How are your numbers on calories and protein? Probably just fine.

I am all over your eating habits and have been for some time. I made stuffed bell peppers but as I was adding in the rice, I made up your meal with mostly beef and vegtables befor mixing in the rice for Will and me, I know you don't do starches and pasta's, I sure miss my spaghetti..
